Quick Information Sheets

HPNA’s mission is to be the lead organization in palliative nursing care. We are committed to promoting excellence in end-of-life nursing. The Quick Information Sheet provides a brief overview of a particular condition/disease process, common signs and/or symptoms, interventions for quality of life, and observations that are to be reported to the hospice/palliative team. This information can also be shared with the patient and family.

These Quick Information Sheets are available to HPNA members, along with many other resources to help transform the care and culture of serious illness. The first three Quick Information Sheets are available to the general public.
